Appointment, Cancellation & Colour Policy
Who We Are
FRUITTII London is an inclusive hair lab specialising in tailored haircuts and expert colour services. Our approach is personalised, considered, and professional, ensuring every client receives results that suit their hair, lifestyle, and long-term hair health. To maintain the highest standards of service, safety, and time management, the following policies apply to all clients.
Deposits & Booking Terms
All haircut and colour appointments require a 70% non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your visit.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Changes must be made by:
- Managing your booking via Fresha, or
- Emailing us at info@fruittiilondon.com
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the deposit. Deposits cannot be transferred or refunded outside of this notice period.
Colour Policy
New Colour Clients
All new clients booking a colour service are required to book a free colour consultation prior to any colour appointment.
This consultation allows us to:
- Assess the condition and suitability of your hair
- Discuss your desired outcome realistically and professionally
- Provide an accurate quotation
- Carry out required safety checks
Skin Test & Allergy Requirements
A skin test (patch test) is required by law before any colour service to ensure there is no allergic reaction to colour products.
During your consultation:
- A skin test will be performed
- You must complete a hair and colour allergy form
Please note:
- A skin test is required every 6 months, including for existing colour clients
- Colour services cannot be carried out without a valid skin test and completed allergy form
- Failure to attend or comply with these requirements will result in the colour appointment being declined

FRUITTII London reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service where hair integrity, safety, or allergy requirements are not met.
