Fruittii London is committed to delivering high-quality services and a professional experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, deposits, and any product returns (if applicable) are handled.
1. Services: Refunds
We do not offer refunds for salon services once they have been delivered.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24–48 hours of your appointment so we can review the issue and work with you to resolve it fairly.
2. Deposits
All haircut and colour appointments require a 70% non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
- The deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the total cost on the day of your visit.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
- If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited.
- Deposits cannot be transferred or refunded outside of the notice period.

- Managing your booking via Fresha, or
- Emailing us at info@fruittiilondon.com
4. Retail Products: Returns and Refunds (If Purchased In-Salon)
If you purchase retail products from Fruittii London, we will accept returns only under the conditions below:
Eligible returns
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return is requested within 14 days of purchase
- You provide proof of purchase (receipt or transaction confirmation)
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Items marked as final sale (if applicable)
Faulty products
If a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
5. Gift Cards / Vouchers (If Applicable)
Gift cards or vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
